INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
For short oral communications
The Scientific Committee will evaluate the abstracts and will confirm the type of presentation and scientific theme and/or session retained
Deadline for abstract submission: July 3rd 2023
- The meeting official language is English. Please submit your abstract accordingly.
- Typing instructions:
- 300 words maximum, including spaces,
- no figures or tables,
- abstracts should include the following separated parts: objective, methods, results and conclusion.
- Abstracts selected for an oral presentation will be presented during 10-15 minutes depending on sessions.
- Practical information will be e-mailed to you upon acceptance of your abstract.

For poster
Deadline for abstract submission: July 3rd 2023
- The meeting official language is English. Please submit your abstract accordingly.
- Typing instructions:
- 300 words maximum, including spaces,
- no figures or tables,
- abstracts should include the following separated parts: objective, methods, results and conclusion.
- Poster dimensions: height, 100 cm; width, 70 cm (portrait format).
Poster boards and accessories necessary to display posters will be supplied at the venue. - Posters must be presented during a dedicated session.

Fot Thematic panels
Abstracts for thematic panels will include a short overview of the panels theme and 3 to 4 abstracts in the format required for short oral communications.

- A title and short summary 150 words and 3 or 4 abstracts 300 words maximum each according to the oral abstract guidelines,

For Workshop
Abstracts for workshops should include a brief summary of the workshop and an overview of the workshop structure including aims, objectives and general structure for the workshop.

- The Summary and structure should be contained in a single file, maximum 750 words and uploaded using the add attachment link
- no figures or tables,
- Workshops can be up to 90 mins in length
