A historical venue for the main events of the meeting & incentive industry for Florence and central Italy, Palazzo dei Congressi is hosted inside the 19th century Villa Vittoria.
This building boasts a prestigious congress hall, the Florence Auditorium, opened in 1969, with an overall capacity of 1,000 seats, and 920 sq m of annexed area available for exhibitions.
The various meeting halls for 50, 80 (Sala Onice) and 200 people (Sala Verde), all equipped with the latest and most advanced comforts and technical solutions, such as the 4th-generation Wi-Fi system, offering to all participants a safe and high-density connectivity, and a complete range of customised services.
All the halls maintain the original charm of this historical venue, with lunette vaults on the Ground Floor, finely decorated coffered ceilings on the First Floor, mosaic floor in marble and terracotta, stone and marble marquetry portals, elegant coat of arms, finely decorated wrought iron gates and precious painted polychrome glass windows. Surrounded by a centuries-old park with rare and original trees and plants, according to the original project by architect Poggi, Palazzo dei Congressi, with its adjacent Limonaia (Lemon House) is located in front of Palazzo degli Affari and is connected to the Fortezza da Basso through a square, therefore forming a unique fair & congress citadel of over 100,000 square metres, at the heart of the city.

Thanks to high-speed railway, arriving in Florence by train is a matter of minutes and the congress and exhibition center is located just a few steps away from the main Santa Maria Novella railway station:

The Amerigo Vespucci International Airport (FLR) is only 4 km away from the Florence city centre and Line T2 of the tramway connects it to the main Santa Maria Novella railway station in 20 minutes.
The Galielo Galilei International Airport in Pisa (PSA) is only one hour away from the Florence city centre and is connected to the Tuscan capital with trains departing every hour and Terravision buses.
Thanks to high-speed trains connecting Bologna to Florence in half an hour, the Guglielmo Marconi Airport is Bologna (BLQ) also allows you to easily reach Florence.
By motorway A1, you only need 20 minutes between from exits Firenze Nord and Firenze Sud to reach the congress and exhibition center and its car parks.
You may also decide to leave your car directly on the motorway and catch the tramway, thanks to the first Drive & Tramway in Italy. Just leave your car inside the car park at Villa Costanza and reach the city centre in a few minutes!
